CCM is delighted to announce its winter schedule of major performances. Beginning Wednesday, Jan. 4, CCM will present over 50 events, ranging from faculty and guest artist concerts to fully supported theatre productions.
Please note the following updates to CCM’s schedule of major events for the fall:
- The Sept. 28 Faculty Artist Concert featuring Ixi Chen, Theodore Nelson and Marcus Kuchle will take place in Robert J. Werner Recital Hall. The event was previously scheduled for the Cohen Family Studio Theater.
- The Pridonoff Duo’s 30th Anniversary Concert (scheduled for Oct. 3) and the Elisabeth Pridonoff, Timothy Lees and Catherine Carroll Prokofiev and Shostakovich Festival concert (scheduled for Oct. 11) have both been cancelled due to illness. Stay tuned for rescheduled dates.
- Tickets for the Dec. 9 & 10 Preparatory Dance Concert are $10 general admission, $8 students. Tickets can be purchased at the door.
Our congratulations to Weston G. Wetzel, a second-year graduate student at CCM, who has earned his first Acclaim Award nomination. Wetzel has been singled out for his lighting design of CCM’s production of the groundbreaking rock musical Rent.
Jackie Demaline provides a preview of CCM’s Mainstage production of Rent here. Select tickets are still available for the recently added March 2nd performance. Contact the CCM Box Office at 513-556-4183 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Due to overwhelming demand, CCM has added an additional performance to the previously booked-up run of Jonathan Larson’s Rent, which opens on February 24 in Patricia Corbett Theater. Tickets are now available for an 8 p.m. performance on Wednesday, March 2. This additional performance will include ASL interpretation for deaf and hearing-impaired patrons.
