Congratulations to Marianna Prjevalskaya, Gold Medalist in the Artist Division of the 2013 World Piano Competition. Prjevalskaya receives $20,000, a recording deal with Fanfare Cincinnati and a debut recital in New York.

About Marianna Prjevalskaya
Winner of the 53rd Jaen International Piano Competition in Spain, Prjevalskaya is also a laureate of numerous international piano competitions such as the 2007 Paderewski in Poland and the Panama International in 2012. She has appeared at the Minato Mirai Hall, the Grosser Saal of the Mozarteum, Steinway and Weill Recital Halls. As a soloist, she has performed with the Galicia Symphony Orchestra, Sendai Philharmonic Orchestra, Rzeszow Philharmonic Orchestra and Panama Symphony Orchestra.
Currently, Prjevalskaya studies at the Peabody Conservatory of Music. She holds degrees from the Royal College of Music in London, Indiana University of South Bend and the Yale School of Music. Her new Naxos CD with works by Scarlatti, Haydn, Schumann and Zárate was released in September 2012.
