Earlier this week on her Arts in Focus blog, the Enquirer‘s Janelle Gelfand recapped Cincinnati native Fred Hersch’s intimate recital at CCM, performed before a packed house in Corbett Auditorium.

CCM Jazz’s spring concert series continues at 7 p.m. this Sunday, April 8, as Grammy Award-winner Bob Belden and Grammy-nominee Tim Hagans join CCM’s Jazz Ensemble and Philharmonia Orchestra to present Belden’s acclaimed masterpiece Black Dahlia.

Tickets to “Black Dahlia—An Evening With Bob Belden” are $12 each for general admission, $5 for non-UC students and free for UC students with valid ID. Parking is available in the CCM Garage (at the base of Corry Boulevard off of Jefferson Avenue) and additional garages throughout the UC campus.
