Renowned CCM Professor of Collaborative Piano Sandra Rivers and CCM alumnus Richard Goering (guitar) will be two of the featured performers in the fourth annual “Music Among Friends” concert, benefitting the Literacy Council of Clermont and Brown Counties. The benefit concert will take on Sunday, June 12 at 4 p.m. at St. John Fisher Church in Newtown, Ohio.
Along with Rivers and Goering, the concert will feature flutist Suzanne Bona, host of the nationally broadcast classical music program Sunday Baroque; musicians Steve Fryxell and Rebecca Kruger Fryxell from the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra; cellist Benjamin Fryxell; pianist Marjorie Fryxell; vocalist Annette Shepherd and pianist Tom Schneider.
Tickets:
Advanced tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for children/students.
Tickets at the door (based on availability) are $25 for adults and $15 for children/students.
All proceeds benefit the Literacy Council of Clermont and Brown Counties, which provides trained tutors to adults who need help with reading or illiteracy.
