Happy 2011! CCM is delighted to ring in the New Year with another quarter’s worth of concerts, recitals, productions, lectures and master classes.

Professor Joel Hoffman‘s Three Paths for cello and piano will kick off our Winter Faculty Artist Series this Thursday, Jan. 6 at 8 p.m. in Robert J. Werner Recital Hall. Featuring Three Paths and other new works by Hoffman, the recital is open and free to the general public.

The Faculty Artist Series continues this Sunday, Jan. 9 at 4 p.m. with a recital by Patricia Linhart and friends. Julie Spangler will accompany. The theme of the concert is “It’s June in January” and audience members are encouraged to wear their summer togs! Featuring music hot enough to melt away your winter blues, this concert takes place in Patricia Corbett Theater and is also open and free to the general public!
