Beginning at 7pm on Thursday, August 12th, the University of Cincinnati will present a very special recital featuring CCM Prep faculty and students. Set on the porch and plaza of UC’s Tangeman University Center, the recital is part of Play Me, I’m Yours: Greater Cincinnati, an internationally touring street-art exhibit featuring the work of Luke Jerram. From August 9 – 27, 35 street pianos will be distributed across Greater Cincinnati to celebrate the anniversaries of Cincinnati Public Radio (90.9 WGUC, 91.7 WVXU and 88.5 WMUB). Located in public parks, streets and squares, the pianos are for any member of the public to play and enjoy.
